About the conference:

UPMC Center for High-Value Health Care and the Wolff Center at UPMC are excited to co-host a conference entitled Accelerating Stakeholder-Driven PCOR/CER in a Learning Health System. At this unique event, speakers and audience members will share valuable insights that will support organizations overcoming key barriers to becoming a “learning health system” model.

Three moderated panel discussions, a keynote presentation by Patient Centered Outcomes Research Institute Executive Director, Joe Selby, MD, MPH, and an interactive workshop session will highlight practical strategies for successfully conducting patient-centered outcomes research (PCOR) and comparative effectiveness research (CER) within your organization, and how to use research findings to optimize health system performance. We look forward to facilitating the sharing of knowledge, experiences, and perspectives of patients, providers, payers, and other key health care stakeholders.
